EXPERIENCE: I Marine Headquarters Group, I Marine Expeditionary Force (IMHG, IMEF)
Camp Pendleton, CA 06/2014 – 04/2016.
• Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Geospatial intelligence tasking and
collections for IMEF and subordinate commands to include advising the 1st
Intelligence Battalion Staff G-2 and G-3 for collections priorities and effects to
operations.
• Prepared, trained, supervised, instructed and mentored 19 personnel on tactical,
technical, professional and personal matters increasing their proficiency and
personal readiness.
• Certified operational readiness of all Personnel under my charge as well as
Program of Record (POR) equipment.
• Assisted and participated in the coordination and implementation for collections
plans in support of large scale IMEF exercises.
• Provided constant technical and analytical advice to the collections officer on
the current and future impacts of intelligence collections systems.
• Provided training to subordinate commands collections managers on web-based
tools as well as personnel ready to deploy with the Marine Expeditionary Units

2. Marine Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC)
Camp Smith, HI 06/2011 – 06/2014
• Served as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Imagery collections tasking and
collections for MARFORPAC and subordinate major commands IMEF and
IIIMEF.
• Coordinated, reviewed, de-conflicted and validated 53 Geospatial collection
requirements for IMEF and IIIMEF.
• Created 10 Human Intelligence collection requirements utilizing Human Online
Tasking and Requirements (HOT-R).
• Produced over 200 national and commercial derived imagery products ISO
various exercises and real world requirements.
• Provided Geospatial Intelligence collections support to the Armed Forces of the
Philippines (AFP), 3d Marine Expeditionary Brigade (MEB), IIIMEF, and Joint
Task Force-505 during Operation Damayan for Humanitarian Assistance and
Disaster Relief (HA/DR), coordinating Intelligence Surveillance
Reconnaissance (ISR) assets through PRISM web portal.
• Monitored, maintained and updated MARFORPAC’s collection and imagery
web portals as well as the Component Prioritized Collection List (CPCL) based
on the Commander’s Critical Intelligence Requirements (CCIR’s) and
Prioritized Intelligence Requirements (PIR’s).
• Deployed to Korea and the Republic of the Philippines for Ulrich Freedom
Guardian (UFG) and Balikatan exercises as the collection manager and imagery
analyst, providing ISR collection support and imagery products for coalition
forces.
• Supported PACOM Augmentation team Indonesia (PAT-ID), Terminal Fury 12
exercise and Cobra Gold 13 exercise with imagery products and Geospatial
collections support.

Groups and Joint Collection Management Boards providing component input
and disputing ISR coverage for MARFORPAC’S Area of Operations (AOR).
• Managed, maintained, updated and conducted quarterly inventory for Program
of Record (POR) equipment, classified hard drives and SL-3 gear totaling more
than $200,000 without flaw.
• Assisted in the re-write of MARFORPAC Order 3810.1 Geospatial Information
and Services (GI&S) Planning and Management Policy.

Camp Pendleton, CA 08/2008 – 06/2011
• Served as the Imagery chief during this time period, conducting quality checks
(QC) of imagery products, managing requests for information (RFI) and
disseminating imagery products to the customers.
• Managed, supervised, trained and mentored a total of 14 personnel daily and
prepared them for imagery production from various sensors for a combat
deployment.
• Established a framework for developing and training personnel for on the job
training (OJT) awaiting to attend a formal school training.
• Performed preventive and corrective maintenance on POR equipment for imagery
analysis.
• Briefly attached to the 13th
MEU as the Geospatial chief, answered and
disseminated various RFI’s ISO work ups prior to deployment.
• Attended training with SPAWAR and Northrup Grumman pertaining to Marine
Corps POR equipment Tactical Exploitation Group (TEG).
• Deployed to Iraq in 2009 as the night shift production Chief; exploiting, QC’ing
and disseminating over 3,000 imagery products ISO combat operations throughout
the AOR. Conducted basic administration maintenance on the TEG system as well
as the Global Broadcast Service (GBS) allowing for the collection of raw imagery.
• Deployed to Afghanistan in 2010 as the day shift production Chief; exploiting,
QC’ing and disseminating numerous AGI imagery products ISO combat operations
throughout the AOR. Conducted basic administration maintenance on the TEG
system as well as the Global Broadcast Service (GBS) allowing for the collection
of raw imagery. Introduced Advance Geospatial Intelligence (AGI) products to the
AOR. Conducted briefings to IMEF and subordinate commands in the AOR as
well as civilian contractors taking this new capability ISO combat operations.
Marine Corps Recruit Depot
San Diego, CA 04/2005 – 08/2008
Successfully transformed over 500 civilians into basically trained Marines in accordance
with the Standing Operating Procedures (SOP), Program of Instruction (POI) and the
training schedule from the Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) San Diego, CA.
Provided unwavering leadership, mentorship, training, counseling and advisement to 22
Drill Instructors in the areas of teaching, training and counseling Marine recruits as well
as on personal and professional matters and ensured strict compliance with MCRD SOP,
POI and training schedule.
Successfully rehabilitated and returned over 100 recruits back to training from medical
and physical injuries. Tracked and maintained for all medications, medical appointments
and reiterated MCRD procedures.
Ensured over 400 recruits were fully processed by medical, dental, equipment and
administration areas and prepared physically and mentally to begin the rigors of recruit
4. training by providing fundamental knowledge of MCRD procedures. Ensured outside
agencies and civilian personnel interacted with recruits in accordance with MCRD SOP,
and provided valuable input to the company staff on ways to improve recruit processing.

accountability, welfare, safety and health of all personnel and equipment under his

imagery products identifying Iraqi Order of Battle (OOB) and report writing of
Initial Photographic Imagery Reports (IPIRs) on Imagery Exploitation Support
System (IESS),
• Deployed to Iraq in 2004 as a team lead; produced over 2,100 imagery products
derived from national and theater lever assets that were time-sensitive and used
directly in operational planning and execution of Battalion, Regimental &
Division levels for targeting, raids and security & stability operations for
personnel engaged in daily combat operations. Analyzed daily collection of
imagery for the city of Al Fallujah ISO Operation Vigilant Resolve that were
additionally utilized by the Joint Chief of Staff (JCS) and Secretary of Defense
(SecDef) for decision making.
