3. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CURRENT POSITION
i). To ensure internal as well as external monitoring and evaluation of the
Ministry's activities and targets are implemented;
ii). To coordinate preparation and implementation of Ministerial Medium Term
Strategic Plans, budgets, action plans, development projects as well as
recurrent activities;
iii). To carry out periodical performance reviews and coordinate and prepare
Ministerial Budget Speech and periodical performance reports;
iv). To provide technical guidance and support in imparting and
institutionalization of planning skills to personnel in the Ministry and
provide backstopping support to institutions under MoF
v). To ensure that all project under MoF Monitored and Evaluated.
vi). To ensure that all reports (Performance Report especially Mid-Year and
Annual) are prepared and submitted to relevant authority on time
vii). Providing Support to PFMRP as counterpart staff on Monitoring and
Evaluation, writing PFMRP Performance Report and assisting coordination
of KRA 6.
