One convenient way to document pupils’ performance in Exhibit is to
include a screenshot showing their file organisation and formats when
they carry out an assessment task.
Pupils need to acquire good habits to safeguard their data. Regular saving
and logical naming of files is a sensible way to begin. They also need to
be aware that how they manage their files will form part of their
assessment in Using ICT. A pupil working at the higher levels will not
repeatedly lose their files; they will be adept at naming and saving them
to their own location.
