7. Which is Better? Google Docs or Zoho Docs and Why... Usability: Zoho Docs Visual Appeal: Zoho Docs Intuitiveness: Zoho Docs Personalization ability: Zoho Docs Why Zoho Docs has impressed me over Google Docs. Zoho Docs’ usability is easy to understand and makes it more intuitive then Google Docs. Students will spend less time trying to learn to use Zoho then Google if they have never used either one of them before. Zoho also uses a mouse over feature that lets students get a description of the link or tab they are about to access prior to clicking it. Zoho also uses a tab organization much like what most students are used to using on the internet. Visually Zoho is more appealing then Google and looks to be more updated. Zoho also allows for more personalization of the program then Google does. For students this personalization will be more favorable and more like what they are currently accustomed to.
