SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTIONS
 Coordinate with External Auditors.
 Prepared the Company Management System Procedures & Manual.
 Interview QA/QC applicants.
 Obtained Company ISO certificates.
 Plan & perform Internal Auditing.
 Inspection of all project MEP materials against approved material submittals
and/or project specs, delivery notes etc.
 Inspection of ongoing site installations of MEP works against approved shop
drawings, local codes & standards.
 Inspection for Testing & Commissioning works against specifications and
standards.
 Liaise with Client/Consultants/QC Representative for material and work
inspections and obtaining approval for the same.
 Preparation of Quality Control Procedure (QCP).
 Preparation and implementation of method statements (installation and testing),
inspection and testing plan, inspection checklists, project quality plan, O & M
manuals.
 Preparing and updating inspection related logs.
 Maintain all quality records, following up and ensuring corrective and preventive
actions are taken timely.
 Monitoring the status of calibrated instruments and ensures they are calibrated
either internally or externally.
 Preparation and submission of monthly QA/QC records & registers.
 Inspection of materials at supplier premises if required.
 Work as internal IMS auditor and follow the instructions given by project
manager.
