required skills because that allows him to work on growing his business or to move to the
next challenge.

8. Sell the assignment to an agency
9. Become a partner in a company with employers with the required skill set
10. Hire an assistant who organizes execution of the job
11. Work together with a training company specialized in training people in the
required skills.
12. Start a highly specialized training company in the required skills and combine this
with a job guarantee programme

Step 2
1. Hire freelancers
These freelancers could be students who has less then a year of working experience
and combine this with a training on the job programme. Because they are freelancers
you can manage your costs, train them to deliver the wanted quality.

Start a highly specialized training company in the required skills and combine this
with a job guarantee programme. If there is a long term shortage of the required
labor this could be very interesting. You could market your company as the number 1
company to train people for these specialized skills and the company for these highly

get some practical experience and learn what the job is al about.
