All the members were wearing name badges. They made a temporary one for visitors.

When a guest was given a table topic they were given the option of answering one of the earlier topics
I’m not handout person. I prefer to read on line and download if needed.
So perhaps an A3 folded page with plenty of room for taking notes.
Controversial topics are usually predictable, for example at the moment, I would class Pathways, Blue Cards and Zoom visitors are potentially controversial.
I would prime a couple of trusted people to be ready to answer if it comes up, but not to bring it up until asked.
For Pathways I would pick members of a club who have adopted it who heartedly. There are 257 members who have reached level 2 or higher this district year, 19 level 5s.
For Blue Card I would pick someone who has one, and understands the importance.
For zoom, I would pick someone who is a remote member of a club.
