the important of diversity.

Age:
Workforce are becoming increasingly
diverse in age demography ,creating
professional environment that are rich
with experience and maturity as will as
youthful exuberance.
Relation between age and performance
is important because Performance may
decrease with age. The age diversity increased in this three
years.That shows different age is
important in the organization because the
old people have experience and adult
people have new and different skills and
the organization need both experiences
and new skills.
 A workforce composed of
different age demographic
creates an environment
where each generation
brings different skills and
talents to the table

Young professionals grew
up in a high-teach world and
have greater familiarity with

compared to their more
mature counterparts.
Tradition:

Culture diversity is important because
our country ,workplace, and schools
increasingly consist of various culture
and ethnic groups. We can learn from
one another ,but we must have a level
of understanding about each other in
order to facilitate collaboration and
cooperation .
Culture diversity increased by
the years that shows the
important of diversity in the
bank .
Language :
Different employees speaks different
languages that is useful for organization
because employees can communicate
with various customers that are from
different countries which will increase the
sales and business in the organization.
The language diversity increased in
the bank because various customers
talks different language so they need
employees talks different language
such as English , Arabic , Hindi…
Ability:
Ability: an individuals current
capacity to perform the various
tasks in a job.
 Intellectual ability.
 Physical ability:
 Ability diversity increased by the time ,bank
Sohar required employees with different
abilities for different department such as:
 marketing department they need an
employee who have interpersonal skill to
communicate with customers …
 Accounting department they needed
employees are good in mathematic in other
