3. ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION- MARATHON
• During the registration process every participant will receive a wristband with the proper color
• The color of the wristband will correspond with each participant’s section
• Spinner® bikes won’t be numbered. Participants can choose any bike in their section
• Spinning® Zone scheme with sections will be available next to the registration centre and in the entrance
to the Spinning® Zone
• Only active participants are allowed to be in the Spinning® Zone during the marathon
• A place for spectators will be provided on the balconies
• No bags or items are allowed in between, in front of, or behind the bikes in the Spinning® Zone
• Personal effects can be left in the cloakroom or ‘bedroom’
• Taking particularly valuable things is not recommended due to the high number of participants and the
general conditions in the mine
• Fitness Platinium Club cannot be held liable for stuff left in the mine
• Only original spinner bikes- Spinner® NXT and PRO will be used during marathon
• All spinner bikes have both SPD pedals and toe clips
• Our technicians will be at your disposal in the event of any technical problems
• If any help is needed just raise your hand – the UEZ TEAM will be on watch
• For people who won’t be riding on the bike at that time we have organized a Fitness Zone
with 30-minutes classes
• A detailed agenda of fitness classes is on the first page (above)
• No bikes can be moved. This will be strictly enforced
• If you’re not staying for the night you can go to the surface at 11:00 PM, midnight, 1:00 AM,
2:00 AM or 3:00AM
• The first elevator in the morning will be at 8.30 AM on Sunday

4. SAFETY OF PARTICIPANTS
• Safety will be ensured by a team of paramedics. They will be located on the right side of the stage
• At the time of registration each participant will be required to sign a document stating that his physical
condition allows him to participate in the marathon
• The humidity underground is approximately 70% and the temperature is approximately 17 degrees
• REMEMBER to monitor your heart rate and keep your hydration at the proper level
• We will have prepared water and OSHEE drinks (10 bottles 0,7 l per bike)
• Before and during the marathon there will be a possibility to buy water and isotonics in the mine shop
(only PLN are acceptable)
ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION- ACCOMMODATION, SUPPER, AFTER PARTY
• Sleep and rest is provided in the sanatorium part of the mine
• Immediately after descending to the underground participants will be direct to the ‘bedroom’ to choose a
bed, pick up the bedding and prepare a bed
• Silence is required in the ‘bedroom’
• Supper will be in the banquet facility with 8 person tables
• It will be a possible to buy a wine or other alcoholic beverages in the underground bar at affordable
prices
• Dress code at the after party – jeans & T-shirt
WHAT TO TAKE? Most needed stuff
• Heart rate monitor
• Shoes and clothes for riding a bike
• Shoes and clothes for classes in Fitness Zone
• Warmer clothes to wear during breaks
• Clothes for supper and after party
• Nightwear
• Training towel
• Bath towel, slippers, cosmetics etc.
• Small bag / handbag for valuable things, documents and necessary items which is to be kept next to the
bike in the Spinning® Zone

5. INFORMATION FOR PEOPLE GOING BY BUS FROM KRAKOW TO BOCHNIA
- Departure from Krakow: Saturday 21st 9:30 AM
Hotel Novotel Bronowice, Armii Krajowej 11 Street - Krakow
- Departure from Bochnia Salt Mine: Sunday 22th 9:15 AM
PLEASE BE ON TIME, BUS WON’T WAIT FOR LATE ARRIVALS
INFORMATION FOR PEOPLE GOING BY CAR
- There’s an open, free car park next to the mine where you can leave your car overnight
