Accord guidelines.
Content Beyond Syllabus
Introduce the students to topics/area not covered by the syllabus by arranging expert talk/
certification programs/ workshops. I have also organized inter college technical paper contest for
under graduate students.
Project Guide
Guide student project & motivate the students to present technical papers. One such paper is
uploaded in Springer Digital Library.
University Exams:
Allot supervision duties, prepare supervisors chart, assign supervision duties to individual
supervisors, adjust supervision duties in case of absence of supervisors, make copies of question
papers of all branches in confidential manner & distribute the same, handle cases of cheating in
accordance with university norms.
Project Coordinator
Make resources available for doing project work, get softwares installed and hardware repaired,
ensure 100% student attendance, define parameters for project evaluation, create of evaluation
sheets, get projects evaluated for external bodies, define parameters for feedback/improvement,
prepare feedback sheet, gather feedback from internal and external bodies.
Conduct the university examination and internal evaluation of student projects.
Lab Incharge
Ensure that all the computers and hardware was in working condition for conducting practical,
manually test equipments, identify the faulty equipment and repair work.
Co- Curricular & Extra Curricular Activities
Organized inter college technical festival, cultural events & coordinated with the student body for
technical news letter. Also organized workshops and certification courses for students and faculty.

Submitted proposals to various technical bodies for research grant.
