2) send students for internship at the beginning of final year.
3) Let companies recruit final students at the beginning of first year and allow them to work for
few hours in a week.
4) colleges invite industry professionals at the beginning of final year and conduct seminars.
5) allow industry professional teach elective subjects in final year.
6) Form study groups in colleges for skill enhancement using MOOC sites and let college
facilitate that.
7) Let the Government pay final year students work on social problems relevant to their
education in the final year.
8) Create an online portal to bring all stakeholders (colleges, students, recruiters and industry
bodies) in one place and facilitate skills enhancement, job search etc)
9) give students one year break to work in industry and then come back and finish final year.
10) Make study a part time activity along with work.
11) abolish education and let students directly learn on the job.

this will give students aware of the cutting edge technologies in the
world and keep them job ready.

this gives good exposure for the students of social issues and skills to

This makes the process lot easier as it serves as a single resources for all
kinds of activities for all stakeholders.
