John Hailstone: Chairman
John has spent 25 years in the Recruitment Industry in a number of consulting and
directorship roles and is the majority owner of Compello Staffing Group, the parent of TGI.
John was the driver behind the acquisitions and subsequent merger of Tudor Personnel
and Jobact Petrochem which laid the foundations of what is now TGI.
John is responsible for the appointment of the board and working with it on strategic and
business planning matters. When not acting as an adviser and sounding board he spends
his time supporting other group firms.
James Harding: Managing Director
James graduated with a Business degree from City University and immediately began
his recruitment career with Eden Brown in 1993, where he spent several years building
recruitment teams servicing the professional construction sector. James spent a number
of years in a corporate business development role, before moving to a city based
recruiter as their Head of Sales.
He spent four years with the US based CDI Corporation, responsible for running their
recruiting business in London, before coming to TEC Group in 2010, as Managing
Director following the company's reorganisation as an owner-managed business.
Will Atkinson: Executive Director
Will read European Economic Studies at Durham University before starting his career in
2003 for a specialist legal and financial recruiter in the City. After moving to Hydrogen PLC,
a leading international player in 2006, he was involved in establishing the global
construction and energy division, managing the Middle East and North Africa team.
He joined TEC Group International to enhance the company's growth, particularly into
international markets. Will has a strong background managing complex international moves
for senior level executives in the energy sector and has built a reputation as an expert in
his sector.
