This document summarizes the design of a flying city called Stardome City. The city was designed to house 500,000 people across various zones, including governmental, service, religious, tourism, business, industrial, educational, shipping, residential, and agricultural/recreational areas. Transportation within the city would primarily be by motorcycle to reduce traffic, and flying cars for family use. Key buildings and infrastructure include the StarD Tower, underground parking lots, propellers to keep the city airborne, and an airport with runways.
