Organizational culture is a system of shared values, beliefs and
assumptions
These shared values have a strong influence on the employees’
behaviour
OCTAPACE
OCTAPACE dimensions is proposed by Dr.Udai Pareek and developed
by T V Rao.
It gives the profile of organization culture in eight dimension.
These dimensions are

2. Confrontation
3. Trust
4. Authenticity

7. Collaboration

different industry (IT and Banking)

About Company
Mantena Tech LLP.

Andhra Bank
Andhra Bank is a medium-sized public sector bank (PSB) of India, with
a network of 2803 branches, 4 extension counters, 38 satellite offices
and 3636 automated teller machines (ATMs) as of 31 Mar 2016.
During 2011–12, the bank entered the states of Tripura and Himachal
Pradesh. The bank now operates in 25 states and three Union
Territories. Andhra Bank has its headquarters in Hyderabad, India.

Limitation
•In IT sector company data was not accessible so
comparison could not be made between the opinions of
the employees who have already left and existing
employees.
•Banking sector we can’t get that much information, we
can get data from Few branches only

Conclusion
•This study concludes that in organisation culture which
dimension need to improve in particular organization
through OCTAPACE culture.
•In this study I found that
•autonomy and collaborations are near to least value in IT
Industry
•Openness, Confrontation, Pro-action, Autonomy and
experimentation are near to least value in Banking Industry

Organizational Culture Organizational culture is a system of shared values, beliefs and assumptions These shared values have a strong influence on the employees’ behaviour OCTAPACE OCTAPACE dimensions is proposed by Dr.Udai Pareek and developed by T V Rao. Limitation •In IT sector company data was not accessible so comparison could not be made between the opinions of the employees who have already left and existing employees. •Banking sector we can’t get that much information, we can get data from Few branches only A study of organization’s culture at IT sector and Banking sector. 9

Conclusion •This study concludes that in organisation culture which dimension need to improve in particular organization through OCTAPACE culture. •In this study I found that •autonomy and collaborations are near to least value in IT Industry •Openness, Confrontation, Pro-action, Autonomy and experimentation are near to least value in Banking Industry A study of organization’s culture at IT sector and Banking sector. 10
