                                          • Charles Manson started off with
                                            minor offensives like burglary and
                                            car theft
                                          • Convicted of doing 9 murders
                                          • Was convicted of conspiracy
                                          • Most of murders occurred all over
                                            the US in 1969
                                          • He had a group to do his killings
                                            for him “Manson Family”
                                          • There were the “tate” murders
                                            and “LaBianca” murders

Background on Charles Manson
• He was born in Cincinnati Ohio on November 12th
  1934
• He didn’t start off with a good childhood
• He was always in trouble
• His parents were never there for him
• He grew to be lonely
• Manson was highly hostile to society,
  pathologically so, and wanted revenge.

                                 (When Charles was young
                                 and had no help or
                                 support. )

• He wasn’t accused of being insane
• He was more of a lonely guy that would
  choose to be by himself
• He was diagnosed of a Schizoid and
  Schizotypical personalities
• He was organized

  resonance reader

• The theories that were that all
  the murders were part of a
  conspiracy
• The leader was Charles
  Manson
• He didn’t want to do any of the
  murders so he hired people to
  do it for him

  American people and hippies
  should be punished for
  whatever they have done even
  if its nothing
Legal aspects of Charles Manson
• Him and everyone that was part of the conspiracy
  were sentenced to life in prison
• Some were sentenced to death but the law changed
  before that could happen
• He believed he was not guilty because he was never
  at any of the crime scenes

• They didn’t really use as much forensic evidence as

• The case was different because I haven't really heard of
  a serial killer that hires people to kill someone
• He really didn’t kill for any purpose just being a racist
  serial killer
