things about this app. You can
evaluate every print result with the
emotional faces.
• If the print result is bad, a
“Feedback” link will show up then
you can report issue.
Tip: Print feedback is a good way to improve print quality.
The app maker will collect all user feedback and give produce better upgrade.
So, do it hard!
15. 5. Some most frequent Troubleshooting…
• StarPrint cannot find the printer: make sure the connect
is through
• After updating StarPrint doesn’t work anymore? Please
delete both StarPrint and APF core apps and then re-
install them again
• Your print result has watermark across the page? Don’t
worry! Just upgrade to plus version, the watermark will
disappear forever! To know how to upgrade, check here.
