8. Corona Fire responded to 11,384 calls for service in 2014.
This is the highest call volume in our 117 year history.
Purchased two new KME Fire Engines.
Transitioned to a new Fire Chief.
Hired 3 new Firefighter Paramedics.
Promoted 4 Captains, 2 Battalion Chiefs, 1 Deputy Chief.
Moved Fire Headquarter, Training, Prevention, and
Operations into one location.
Continued to provide emergency services to Riverside
County Fire Department under contractual agreement.
Completed training and implementation of a Tactical
Response to Violent Incidents program with Corona Police
Department.
