SERVICE IN AUSTRALIA.
4. BRITANNIA HOTEL REDEVELOPMENT
| WILLIAMSTOWN
The historic two-storey Britannia Hotel was originally
built around 1910 when patronised corner hotels
abounded in Williamstown. In the last few years it has
been sympathetically restored in recognition of its
heritage status; as part of the Nelson Place residential
development. Infinity Landscape Architects designed
courtyard spaces to the rear of the hotel to enhance the
exterior space of the proposed sales suites.
FACTORY, WAREHOUSE &
DISTRIBUTION CENTRES | VICTORIA
Infinity Landscape Architects has designed commercial
landscapes in numerous industrial precincts around
Melbourne including Altona, Bayswater, Boronia,
Campbellfield, Croydon, Derrimut, Epping, Laverton,
Ferntree Gully and Ravenhall.
5. GREENHOUSE DEVELOPMENTS
| LARA & LITTLE RIVER
Working in conjunction with the project’s Town
Planner, our design team provided suitable
design responses to City of Geelong Planning
Permit conditions, thus obtaining successful
outcomes for both our client’s projects.
HUNGRY JACKS | HORSHAM &
MOUNT WAVERLEY
The standard of landscapes outside the likes of KFC,
McDonald’s and Hungry Jack’s continues to improve as
does that of the overall visitor experience. The aim for
our Hungry Jack’s projects was to design commercial
landscapes that look great throughout the year, but
with limited maintenance requirements. Our expert
knowledge in selecting the most suitable Australian
native plants and quality materials was pivotal to
achieving this goal.
6. SELF-STORAGE FACILITIES |
ALTONA & NEWPORT
Colour rendered landscape plans were
deemed necessary to effectively display our
design intent to council.
THE VINEYARD RESTAURANT | ST
KILDA
Plans for a major transformation of the Vineyard
Restaurant included multi-level eating areas bordered
by planter boxes of edible plants that could
supplement kitchen ingredients. Due to the proximity
to Port Phillip Bay, salt tolerant clipped hedges
including Bay, Box, and Olive were chosen to shelter
kitchen herbs.
7. “I take a proactive approach to every project and enjoy working with clients
and other industry professionals to achieve the best design outcomes. Our
team values the opportunity to work with you and I look forward to bringing
my industry knowledge and professional expertise to your project.”
