Indeed, one of the most important issues today is to
provide patriotic, self-sacrificing, courageous and
courageous military personnel who can innovate,
contribute to the development of the country in
building a civil society, master the secrets of their
profession. for this it is necessary to increase the
efficiency of the military education process. Before
embarking on this task, future officers will not only
manage their personnel using traditional military
methods, organize their education system, but also
look at the world experience, take the best from them
and adapt them to the national education system to
equip servicemen with the ability to work with a
military team, to develop team management skills, to
know that a competitive team can win only with their
knowledge and mutual understanding and culture of
team members should. One of the problems that has
been on the minds of specialists, modern
psychologists and educators in recent years is the
issue of increasing the motivation of servicemen to
serve in the military.
the problem of motivation is important in the
structure of the person and is a basic concept used in
explaining human behavior and activities. The most
important of these is the motive of affiliation. The
affiliation motive belongs to the highest level of the
hierarchy of personal needs, it is a fundamental and
basic motive of the nature of the person, and one of
the most important features develops only in the
context of human interaction with each other.
The need for affiliation is understood as establishing,
maintaining and strengthening positive relationships
with people. A person with this need not only aspires
to people and enjoys positive emotional
communication, but also accepts it as an important
vital meaning in human relationships. and sometimes
this need becomes so important that it takes
precedence over other needs. because affiliation
motivation is a set of goals, needs, motives, such as
the desire to communicate, the desire to know, self-
emphasis, the desire for mutually beneficial
cooperation, which motivate the serviceman to move
to a mental, conscious communication process. which
leads to the formation of moral behavior habits and
conversational speech skills in the personality of the
serviceman.
the level of formation of the affiliation motive in
military-professional activity should become one of
the priority issues, because affiliative interaction
includes such processes as ease, confidence-building,
mutual understanding and involvement, ability to
unite the military community.
According to the social philosopher GJ Tulenova, "...
the spiritual image of the nation is formed in different
periods on the basis of certain opportunities and
needs" [2].
Therefore, in shaping the moral image of servicemen,
it is important to cultivate modern military personnel,
keeping in mind our national traditions, customs,
ethnopedagogical, ethnopsychological features.
when we look at the spiritual image from a
psychological point of view, we can understand that
spiritual need, like other needs, is a specific feature of
the individual psyche, a process closely related to
human will. The spiritual need reflects psychological
phenomena, first of all, because this need is closely
connected with the interests of society
Psychologist M.S. According to Toychieva, certain
types of spiritual needs are formed on the basis of
habituation to moral behavior. Leadership plays an
important role in the formation of human moral
qualities. Because leadership becomes the goal of the
right life of behavior [3].
the desire to be in the company of other people in the
activities of military personnel) is also reflected in the
works of Mahmud Kashgari, one of the thinkers of
the East. To eat honestly, to be whole, to be faithful,
to be faithful in one's endeavors, to avoid gossip, to
cover up the guilt of others, not to speak in vain, to
wish good to all, to be accountable to one's country,
to treat members of society with kindness, to purify
one's morals to reconcile with, to sharpen the mind, to
pay attention to the beauty of character. [6]
Proper formation of the motive of affiliation in the
activities of servicemen allows to acquire
communicative competence in the activities of
military service, including the training of qualified
personnel for the defense of the Motherland in the
process of working with personnel.
we can see this in the fact that our great ancestor,
great commander and statesman Amir Temur
skillfully used affiliation factors in his military
strategy.
Amir Temur achieved great victories as a result of
maintaining strict discipline in his army. he paid great
attention to the fighting spirit of his warriors and used
various complex psychological and moral methods in
the system of training his troops. he also organized
competitions and games in his army, such as
wrestling, hunting, horseback riding, and archery, in
the organization of moral and spiritual training. These
events were held to the sound of musical instruments
of military-musical groups, such as trumpets, horns,
drums, hurricanes. the humming sounds of musical
instruments and the shouts of warriors were
effectively used in battles.

If the process of moral education is the beginning of
service activity, moral and spiritual preparation is its
result. Based on these ideas, it can be said that moral
and spiritual education is mainly theoretical, while
moral and spiritual training is carried out mainly in
practical ways. If the theory and practice are carried
out closely, its effectiveness will be high
there are factors that influence the formation of the
affiliation motive in the military, and these factors
include the following.
1. The motive of affiliation, especially the
manifestation of affiliative behavior, depends on
the diversity (style) of family relationships from
childhood.
2. 2 .The relative need for affiliation is universal and
applies to all people, regardless of age, gender,
ethnicity, but its nature and content differ
depending on the conditions of personal
upbringing, professional approach and
socialization.
to develop a communicatively competent specialist by
achieving the strengthening of social behavior by
combining affiliation and motivation for success in
training of future servicemen in the period of
professional occupation serves as the basis. a complex
that includes multimedia, attraction and other
technical methods, including interactive methods and
forms of military education, special situational tasks,
corporate training programs, an individual map of
leadership success, to form this motivation in
servicemen requires the use of pedagogical and
psychological tools. In conclusion, in today's process
of globalization, the Uzbek militarymust develop as a
military that has its own opinion, its own worldview,
its own educational potential, and, most importantly,
its own voice and place in the international arena.
