1. Introduction
Satya Bharti School - Barrondi is a primary school of Bharti Foundation. It
was established in the year 2009.
Geographical Location:
–Village Barrondi is a progressive village of our area. It is located at a
distance of 23 kms from District Headquarter Kurukshetra, Haryana.
Cultural Background:
-- Major population belongs to General, OBC & SC Category
-- Village have a strong political & economic status in the district.
--Agriculture is the main source of income.

3. Step 1: FEEL
• During PTM some of parents use thumb impression
• We see thumb impressions on registration form of students
• Many of parents cant help their child for their studies because
they are illiterate

4. Step 2: IMAGINE
We discussed the
problem with our mentor
teacher, among teachers
and students and then
decide to help those
parents.

5. Do-Going out, awareness generation
We Started targeting our own
households and neighbors as
we wanted them to be peer
educators in our process of
generating awareness.

one roof who were identified
