     1. Are you the best person for this job? Why?
     Yes, I am. I’m sure I’m the best candidate for this job because my skills cover
different areas.

     2. Are you overqualified?
     Not really. This job is so attractive to me that I'm willing to sign a contract
committing to stay for a minimum of 12 months. How else can I convince you that I'm
the best person for this position?

     3. Describe a difficult experience at work and how you handle it?
     I've never been good with accounting but I am going to take the accounting course
in winter, so I hope I am able to handle it well in the future.

     4. Describe yourself?
     I enjoy solving problems, troubleshooting issues, and coming up with solutions in
a timely manner.

     5. Describe your best boss and your worst boss?
     I've learned from each boss I've had. From the good ones I learnt what to do, from
the challenging ones - what not to do.

     6. Describe your career goals?
     My goal is to be the best at whatever I do. I want to be a successful career person
who can act as a source of inspiration to others to do their best. My ideal job is one
that I would enjoy and feel productive at. I need to feel that I am a necessary part of an
organization and that my contribution is appreciated.

    7. Describe your work style?
    Because I am very organized, I am able to accomplish a lot in a limited amount of
time.

    8. Do you prefer to work alone or on a team?
    I like to work with a group, but have a part of the project that is my personal
responsibility.

     9. Do you take work home with you?
     I believe that it is important to have time to relax - too much time in work
decreases productivity and increases errors. However, when I need to, no problem. I
realize the importance of meeting deadlines and getting work done on time.

     10. Give some example of team work?
     Working together in a group having good people skills knowing how to implement
ideas and everyone does their share of work.
     I was part of team responsible for evaluating and selecting a new vendor for our
office equipment and supplies. The inter-departmental team reviewed options,

   11. Have you ever had difficulty working with a manager?
   I am able to say that I have rarely had a trouble with anyone. I try to find out the
common between us and then adapt with everyone’s different personality.

     12. Have you gotten angry at work? What happened?
     Anger to me means loss of control. I do not lose control. When I get stressed, I
step back, take a deep breath, thoughtfully think through the situation and then begin
to formulate a plan of action.

     13. How do you handle pressure?
     I actually work better under pressure and I've found that I enjoy working in a
challenging environment.

    14. How do you measure success?
    I evaluate success in different ways. At work, it is meeting the goals set by my
supervisors and my fellow workers.

    15. How long do you expect to work for this company?
    I believe that this company has the capacity to offer me a rich and satisfying
career, and I would like to remain employed here for as long as I am having a positive
impact.

   As for me salary is not important I want to improve my skills this is only my aim.
However you gives I will accept it and I hope you will give exact salary for my ability.

    I complete my work effectively and I increase my speed where things need less
concentration and slow my pace when it needs more time to work.

     18. How would you handle it if your boss was wrong?
     If my boss was a bully, I would save myself the stress of being yelled at and gave
him what he wanted, so I'm happy.
     If my prior supervisor was more easy-going, I would tell him/her “you know, I think
it might work better if I do what you asked in such and such a way”.

     19. Is there a type of work environment you prefer?
     For me, my ideal work environment is one that is adaptive. When necessary, it
easily handles fast paced work, and is ready for any challenges it undertakes, but also
slows down when work is slow, recognizing the natural shifts in business and
responding accordingly.

    Because it has a great reputation... not just for its service, but as a good place to
