     3.   Getting the confirmation from the family members about candidates
          Relocation.
     4.   Getting the mail confirmation (mail acceptance for sending the resume for the
          short listing process) from the candidates after the confirmation from their
          Family Members.
     5.   Making walk-ins in the office premises.

• New Initiatives:
     1.   Sourcing resumes through various new methods- e.g. Monster, LinkedIn, other
          Public Sites.
     2.   Mass mailing
     3.    Sourcing the resumes through References …..
     4.   Head Hunting.
     5.   Getting a small Write Up from the Candidates.(Write up is a small Summary
          about the current Profile)
     6.   Interview Evaluation Sheet including Parameters for Assessments.
