Personal Development path for
Entrepreneurship
At the end of every year,
you need to do
and making a plan for
upcoming year.
Being an entrepreneur is a
Necessity!?
 Minimum Requirements:
--Entrepreneur is productive, always looking for needs.
--Entrepreneur’s dream is not being an Millionaire, but creating Values!!
-- Having High Energy Level
-- Flexibility and Adaptability
-- Self-Confidence
-- Faith for Achievement
-- Optimism
-- Adventurer
Although it’s a sweet dream!!
Not all the people could be an entrepreneur based on personal
and occupational characteristics.
Note!
” Most of the people dwelling on regret when they are thinking
about their past, but they are often hopeful whenever they are
talking about future.”
Typical questions:
What I’ve done wrong?
Where I made a mistake?
What was my fault on …?!!
These are good set of questions, and need to be asked, but we also
should ask ourselves.
Which type of questions need
to be asked
 What was my achievements?
 Where I’d been more productive?
 What I had good performance at?
 What I essentially need to be improve at? (based on your
defeats)
 how much I’m close to my goal now?
 How much past year experience's helped me to get closer to my
Goal?
At final;
Which kinds of goals should you
set for new year?
Examples;
If I want to be One Step Forward on my personal
strength/skills what I've expected to be?
Each year try to practice couple!! (Not being idealistic)
of personal characteristics;
 Hard-working
 Time Management
 Positive thinking
 Personal discipline
 …
Design your ideal exact role in life? Sketch it, design
and try to find your lost half by practicing needed skills
Growth is a gradual process, so have
Perseverance and Deliberation to follow your
continuous improvement process.
study shows that: For adopting each strength
we need at least 2 years, so don’t give it up!!!
Never Forget!!
Internal Energy
Level=fixed
Necessities for entrepreneurs
Inter-balance
between personal
life and your
business (your
baby )
Physical energy
Spiritual energy
Time-passing energy
Most of failure on entrepreneurship process occurs when you are
facing with defeats, but the one who could have this capability to
save his internal energy level could be an Entrepreneur.
 (this is almost common behavior on all entrepreneur)
In Praise of Internal Energy…
These days because of increasing awareness level on human ,
everybody think he is king of the world! But we should knows;
“It's unbelievable how much you don't know about the
game you've been playing all your life.”
Do we need coach in our personal
development process?
So:
Get feedback from others…
Asking for a coach
Because:
Mentor, at least can ask us such questions
which is difficult to ask by ourselves.
