5. Canadian Food
• The food is Native Indian dishes, English, Irish, Scottish, and French. These foods
have all been brought to the provinces and has mixed among the people as the
people have. The dishes are largely unchanged, however people have taken on
each others food as theirs making Canada one of the best places on Earth to eat!
• One original Canadian dessert everywhere is the NAMAIMO BAR. Chocolate top a
vanilla custard on a coconut and graham cracker crust. Every kid memory of their
high school lunch is for this.
• The rough weather have made recipes that would be more origin call it Canadian
Food: Dried meats, potted meats, Beaver, Tarts, maple syrups, Canadian style
Bacon, Apple pie with cheddar cheese atop and of course Poutine!
• There is no place with such a wide range of everyday food. Most countries are
staple foods indigenous to one, but in Canada you are in a land of multiple cultures
who prepare and eat all different foods which are now considered native to
Canada.
• During the last 40 years all type of orient have become mainstream foods as well.
Vietnamese, Hmong, Cambodian, Thai, Chinese, Japanese and Korean restaurants
have thrived here. The hard winters make good parallels for this food, and the
healthy diet has become immensely popular to reduce caloric intake of the
European diets.
6. Canada
Technological Advances Originate

educated this population is. It only includes a few teasers to make this point.
• The technical schools of Canada provide most of the highest trained vocational workers in the
world.
• The high standards of certification required by the strict work laws of skilled jobs makes this
so.
• Strict laws protecting K thru 12 students prevents many of the dropout and poor attendance
so prevalent in the US. The system produces a literacy rate of 99% and a 19th worldwide
standing.
• Canada does not have a central or federal education ministry. All thirteen provinces and
territories have their own, and coordinate through the national Council of Education.
• All children are taught together, except rare mental cases. This is to teach children
compassion of those less fortunate and provides gifted children less chance to become
arrogant and all to be less prejudicial.
• The idea of life as a marathon, that steady and even progress is better than sprinting.
Volunteering at charities and senior’s homes is required as part of high school graduation
requirements.
• Canadians constitute less than 1 % of the world’s population.
• Canadians provide more than 10% of the world’s peacekeeping forces in a selfless and
unassuming way. Volunteerism has become a natural thing to do!
