1 05.10.2012 Lab instrument used for field density checking must be
calibrated every month like sand pouring cylinder. Moisture
meter and sand used for density checking it also need to check
the density of sand if we found the gradation of sand in
changed due to use of it or change the source of sand.
2 31.10.2012 I, More crash barriers (Concrete or steel sheet) with reflective
tape is required at km 141+000 to sukhadi river existing bridge
on both the side that will guide to road user in night also for
safe driving.
II, DBM work is in progress at km 143+850. Observed the joint
cutting of DBM layer was done by the drilled machine and it
was uneven that joint cutting should be done by sharp cutter
instrument and it should be smooth and straight line.
III, Excavation soil stacked on existing road shoulder at km
227+000 RHS. That is break the road user visibility and it may
cause for accident. So, you are required to remove the same
as soon as possible.
3 22.01.2013 New Carriageway Construction at km 158+400 to km 160+500
LHS inspected before open for traffic. In this stretch, 7-
Locations of construction joint not good riding quality over the
DBM top level, when drive the vehicle over DBM surface,

4 02.02.2013 Kerbing work is in progress but cut on the kerb was not as per
standard engineering practice (Cut was not vertical and also
not as per general practice depth). That is need to rectify as
early and improve in further same type of work.
