SAMDOR Services Limited is a growing boutique financial
services and consulting firm principally located in Barbados and
operating throughout the Caribbean focused on providing
highly strategic financial services to companies, primarily Small
& Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs); not-for-profit organisations;
trustees of pension plans; and governments.
SAMDOR Services Limited was founded in 2008,by
Gregory E. Hinkson and since then has been engaged, directly
or through its affiliations, in a wide range of financial andstrategic
consulting services.
SAMDOR Services Limited was set up to meet the growing
demand for clear, comprehensive, impartial and professional advice
on the increasingly complex issues facing clients in the modern
economic environment.

Investments
We can assist in the determination of an appropriate
range of investment options for the plan Members, the
selection of an investment manager and the subsequent
monitoring of investment performance.
We can construct a Statement of Investment Policies
document, which is a written record of the trustees’
investment goals and constraints and to comply with
local legislation, where this is applicable.

Financial Reporting
We can assist clients with filing initial, annual or
other periodic statutory documents with the Regulator
as well as preparing responses to regulatory inquiries
and provide other regulatory services as needed.
We can prepare detailed financial statements
for occupational pension plans which comply with
regulatory requirements to assist and support plan
administrators and trustees to fulfil their fiduciary
responsibilities.

We can provide training to pension trustees,
pension managers, sponsoring employers and all
those responsible for pension scheme governance
to help them improve their pension knowledge and
understanding.
We can identify all the pension plan governance
requirements necessary for monitoring and managing
