2. Context : in today’s urban environment we witness the lack of more ethical micro-franchise projects addressed to unemployed people and the growing demand for healthier, more experimental and sustainable mobile street food systems
3. The project : development of an innovative user-centred working tool. A mobile living space proposing a new kind of French street snacks capable of responding to tomorrow’s economical, social, societal and environmental needs.
4. The design role : the threewheeler offers several benefits.
