Candidate: my name is Harold Yesid Bohorquez Baracaldo, i am twenty one years old, i´m
single, i live in Cajica, i live with mother, three brothers and four nephews.
Interviewer: What is your greatest stength?
Candidate: My greatest strength is patience and dedication in what I am doing.
Interviewer: What is your greatest weakness?
Candidate: My greatest weakness is trusting of people without fully knowing them
Interviewer: what do you know about our Company?
Candidate: The company is a point of distribution of footwear and apparel national product
thoroughly, using lightweight materials in clazado resistant materials in their produtcos
difernetes such as shoes, shirts, camistas, jenas and pants.
Interviewer: How do you handle stress and pressure?
Candidate: My course of action would be calm and proactive to solve the incomveniente
and out of that state of stress and pressure.
Interviewer: who has played roles in his work?
Candidate: I have worked as a laborer performing various functions in the areas of culture
and living. I have worked in business formation and strengthening business with companies
such as bars, clothing stores and foundations.
Interviewer: Describe a difficult Works situación/ proyect and how you overcame it?
Candidate: my job more difficult situation was to discuss payment for advertising my boss
and end up being fired from my job for the same cause.
