INTERVIEWED WITH CIVIL ENGINEER

Can you share your college life with work place?
He replied, College life is full of enjoyment by
concentrating only on theory part of subject.At work
place ,practical knowledge speaks a lot.Its entirely
different from college life.
How do you adapt yourself to work place?
He like to socialize and get to know things easily. In
fact he love to work in teams and that made him to
adapt to his work place.
How do you manage people in your environment?
He had an opportunity to interact with huge number of
people from his school age due to his transfers from
one area to another and so he could read the minds of
people very easily.
Have you ever faced a problem in your work space and
how do you take it?
He replied that problems are come for man-kind and
only the approaches differ from person to person.On his
perspective,He analyze the problem and put in chart to
execute it. He also put on effort to find out the
alternatives for those problems without any panic.He
takes things as it comes and says,NO PERCEPTIONS
,ONLY REALITY”
How do you make your customer believe about your
product?
He says, its totally based on “QUALITY,
REASONABLE COST AND PROPER DEADLINE’’
these will make their customer believe on the products.
How do you promote marketing for the products?
He said,Products are marketed by advertisements
through media,Brouchers,Pamplets and stalls in trade
centers.Mostly people croweded areas are selected for
advertising the products.
What are the difficulties that you faced in marketing
your products to customers?
He said, Advertisements alone can never make the
customers believe their products since they have huge
competitors .Only 50% customers can be booked by
advertisements. On the satisfaction of these 50%
customers will intern refer to another client, thus
increasing the sales of our products.
INSIGHTS
 Practicality is most important in current world to
survive
 Optimistic and confident personality.
