Whirlpool had a controversy with 2Clix and had been sued the founder of Whirlpool Simon
Wright for being false and betrayer. It affects the income of the company between January
2007 to July 2007 at approximately $150000 per month. Even at the enf of this situation
2Clix had won the court, the partnership of 2Clix and Whirlpool over.

They have orders from every country which they have been utilized this program
based on those orders so SAP program helps Whirlpool to solve this problem
The interface problems created far more disruption to the external shipping and
distribution systems than was anticipated. Shipments were delayed 6 – 8 weeks
causing significant lost business because many customers cancelled orders
Lessons Learned: Red flags with enterprise applications should be carefully
evaluated for a “go” or “no go” decision
