Our Short Film
Casualty/Choice
-For either Eddie to forgive Rose for her wrong doings, or to stay angry at her.
-And for Evelyn to either forgive her husband and take him back, or to stay angry at the fact he
cheated and not forgive him.
Consistency/Surprise
-Consistency is seen through the flow of two stories being told.
-A surprise in the short film is toward the end, where the audience is shocked by Evelyn wanting
Richard back.
Image/Sound
-The music should always compliment any film and match the genre. IN this case the moving
image compliments the music which fades in and out.
Character/Object
-Objects are viewed throughout the short film as cutaways referring and hinting to the audience
about the hidden storyline.
Simplicity/Depth
-A simple story is always successful. By keeping to a simple story created around the two
spouses, it allows depth to be added through cutaways and close-ups of the characters faces.
