2. • Jane is a 42 years old female. She wants
to lose weight and get into shape. My
plan for her is the following:
• First she needs to control what she eats;
she is going to cut down daily portion
sizes. She has to reduce the amount of
calories she takes in. She also must
drink 2.5 lt. of water during the day.
• Eating little portion every two hours is
compulsory for her, in order to avoid
anxiousness.
3. • - Nutrition diet: As we said previously, she
must cut back on fatty food and eat more
vegetables and fiber foods, which is useful
when you want to get into shape.
• -Workout: In terms of workout, she will get
up at 07:00 in the morning and she will go
jogging at least 1-2 miles twice per week.
The rest of the days she will follow a
complete series of exercises at the gym,
guided by a professional.
4. • - About the habits, she need look for a day which the only
thing that she will do is rest. Without workout, but keep on
her diet and think back what were her reason to follow this
plan.
• -Every two weeks she will have a check to see how the results
have been progressing and if the plan is not working, think it
over and change the strategy.
