In 2017, I passed the baton of leading DEVCON Philippines, a volunteer organization for developers by developers. When I left, I'm very proud that DEVCON has seeded a number of leaders who has grown not just in terms of community service but also in their careers. In one the volunteer assemblies, the officers invited me to give a talk on leadership. John C. Maxwell has been my guidance for leadership ever since I was in high school and I thought I'd share the same guidance with them.
