Designers should use data
themselves.
04.
Schedule meetings to review product & design issues
through business perspectives.
Ignore the “we have too many meetings” argument.
To sum it up:
Stop asking who
should own the
product
 Be more inclusive;
 Designers should be more engaged and
data-driven.
 Communicate all product aspects:
► Business goals / KPI’s / strategy
► Analytical data
► User intent
► Market research
 Feedback touch points must happen in multiple stages of
planning/production
