On January 12, 2010, the forces of nature devastated the lives of the people of
Haiti, leaving HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of children with nothing!
Purpose: The immediate purpose of this Girl Scout Ambassador Gold Award
Project is to build a bridge from the United Stated to Haiti, by raising awareness
among our peers in the U.S. and encouraging them to take actions by networking
with our local community, family and friends to collect School supplies and
prepare “School-in-a-Bag” for the children of Haiti for Spring & Fall 2010.
