Accenture’s Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These
are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business
operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk
services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them
to help our clients move ahead of the competition. Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a
client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office.
Right now we are looking for an experienced Service Management Analyst to one of our large outsourcing
units, Accenture Daylight Unit.
You will be part of the area responsible for delivering excellent services and work products through Service
Management of the existing portfolio. Specific you will be involved in providing services within Service
Management. Focus will be centred on developing new reports and improving existing ones. A reporting team
in Denmark and India will assist you in day-to-day tasks.
Some of your tasks are:
Deliver day-to-day quality service to agreed internal and external targets
Monitor, review and report service performance with respect to contractual requirements i.e. OLAs,
SLAs,
Create service level reports and communicate results
Ensure data update and upload to the service management toolset (e.g. CSR, PMR) and databases
Provide end to end service reporting for the unit and for the customer
Participate in key service management processes - e.g. daily issues conference call, weekly service
review meetings and content preparation; service reporting
These and other responsibilities make the workday exciting where two days are never alike.
Qualifications
Extended experience with Crystal Reports or other reporting tools
Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate at all levels
Great interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a sometimes hectic environment.
Analytical and thorough
Effective, efficient and responsible, both in team-work situations and on your own
Great multi-tasking skills
We expect you to be proactive, willing to take ownership and have focus on the details
You must possess excellent English communication skills, written and oral
You are structured and like to work within demanding surroundings
