1. Breathing Freely
Snowboarders, freestylers, gamers, wake boarders, free runners, life role
players, every day I meet at my desk those youngsters who want to go out
there in our world to be creative.
Once out there, they meet our Eldred educational systems where they don’t fit
in. Not doing so well in those systems, they are getting care in our health-care
systems they don’t care about, and when they survive they join our companies
with high expectations to leave them disappointed.
I would like them to go out there in our world finding soil for their way of
learning, getting stuff that meet their needs, being supported to live up to their
dreams and life purposes, using their creativity and serving our society by
acting up to their own expectations
So I listened, I experimented to find this living space were our youngsters can
breathe again, were they can feel alive and follow their own dreams, creating
meaningful work for themselves contributing with that towards an meaningful
world.
We need new concepts of learning, living, working and build our future
organizations on structures which serve learning and life-purpose driven
communities.
Space and time free, vital- interest based, just in time learning, practicing
dialogue communication in an self-sustaining educational landscape farming
building.
I invite you to increase our number of people and join this adventure in
creating living space, to gain our time and space freedom.
to breath freely again, enjoying the ride
