3. Way back in 1959, when I was a student, I
would pass by a pilot plant for the
manufacture of anti-Tuberculosis drug. I
would boldly tell my friends then that my
dream was to build one day a similar
organization. During the next 38 years since
then, I built Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, which
has become the No. 1 pharmaceutical
company in India. Dream, get inspired, and
achieve.

4. Even though we are the number
one pharma company in India,
globally we occupy only 45th
position. You can imagine how
far we have to go if we have to
become one among the top 10
