1. Problems :-
i) Selection of faculty.
ii) Teaching process.
iii) Lack of faculty.
iv) Every teacher has their own sets of student, every teacher made their own method to teach
communication. Who is effective teacher and who are not and which student is suitable to
whom, no one judging them?
v) Marketing subject is not there because there no guy from marketing.
vi) Mr. Jhon is in process of selecting student, who does not have any link with HR. So student
groups are heterogeneous in nature. It is problem to tackle this kind of student in
altogether.
Q.1) Their noble objective is to impart business education.
They don’t have faculty for maximum no. of subject. Out of 7, 4 faculties are guest faculty. Though they
are managed by guest faculty then also they teach in that manner that average intellectuals are not
getting knowledge properly. If they means students are not getting anything then how Organization as a
whole fulfill or achieve the success of noble objective.
Q.2) No, here HR does not signify its role. Here out of 4, 3 faculties are related with HR. they know all
the facts despite of that their recruitment process is wrong, teaching process is wrong –methods of
teaching, all faculties do not know how to teach soft skills in efficient manner.
Q.3) No, MBA does not mean he/she knows everything. They could avoid recruit guest faculties if they
recruit people who have work experience in a particular field (like here Ms. Dixit is proper for
communication, Mr. Sunil Kumar as HR faculty because he has practical experience in HR.) which is one
criteria of their recruitment process reach experience in industrial arena. They are not able to properly
use it.
