CAREER STAGE 1 BEGINNING TEACHERS
Beginning teachers are those who pass the teachers entry
requirements and recruitment and hiring stages. They obtain a teacher 1
position and start their teaching career. After 2 or 3 years of teaching, where
requires the help and guidance of more matured and seasoned teachers, they
undergo a certification process for them to be a qualified as a proficient
teachers.
