Introduction
The nursing profession is faced with many challenges like any other. The nurse is tasked with the duty to take care of patients by visitation and to have the ability to study the problems to satisfy their patient’s .to to give the nurses the ability to know their work well; they are taking with the work of identification of duties that they are supposed to handle. There have been many challenges facing the nurses in their fold of work .such has been due to the shortage in the workforces as compared to the patient workload. (Lu, et al. 2015). Thus comes the need for the nurse to work for long hours without getting time to rest. When the nurses are overworked, they end up being over-exhausted in which in turn will result in the nurses underperforming.
The problem is crucial because the nurse is needed to take care of the patients. Thus the lesser the nurse who is present the healthcare facilities, the lower the work output that the facilities will meet with. The understaffing of the nursing facilities results in the problem that there are also other factors then come to hand. The lack of the nurses will make the experts present within the facility lack time to do their research due to lack of time.
Time is need for analysis of the data that has been obtained for patients to be done, if the nurse is not enough within the facilities, then that ability of the health care facilitates to allocate the needed number of the nurse to get the analysis of the result will be in lack. Therefore the facility will fail to give the satisfaction required to the public and the patient who are in the facilities. Consequently, the number of nurses who are within many organization are concerned with healthcare needed to be checked. This will help in the elevation of the care with the patients and the wards. (Lu, et al. 2015). He challenges that nurses face in the line of duty need to be taken care of.
The government and the concerned partied need to recruit enough nurses to help in the allocation of the services and the care that is needs by the patients within the diverse and spread health care facilities. (Wang, et al. 2017).
Importance of the research
Researches have been done to try and know the problem that the nurses face when in line with their duty. The study is intended to see the question of the nurse’s face and help in the environment of the issues because then nurses play a care role in the society in the healthcare if the patient and the people in general. Also, the study will help many organizations to have a clear picture of the problems and the challenges that the nurses in the course of doing their work. Also, the best facilities will be improved do other nurses after knowin.

What challenges do the nurses face in the discharge off their
duties within the working environment daily?
Upon getting the best answers to the question s then the study
will give the best and adequate framework through which the
problems the nurses face in the Couse of doing their work. Also,
the future nurses will not have to face the same problem the
present nurse is facing in the nursing fields.
Study and research
The study was conducted by the use of many reviews in
information regarding the issues that the nurses face in the
course of doing their work. Article and journal will be collected
and examined for the information to be combined and the
outcome analyses to give the best solution for the challenges
that the nurse face in the course of doing their work. (Alavi et
al. 2015).
Data collection
The data as collected by the use of many samples which were
obtained from different places and different condition. There
was the use of a questionnaire to the nurses to get the best
answers on the issues they face. (Buerhaus, et al. 2017).This
method was used because it was taken up to be cost-effective as
well, like time-saving. The concepts will be administered dot
the nurse in which the answers will be used by the researchers
to get an informational and orderly manner. In the method, the
participant is made to have an understanding of the study.
Afterward, results will be put together, and the outcome put into
a final document.
Researchers
The researcher is present to make sure that the infusion is
obtained in the best manner and by the use and application if
the nest applicable procedures.
4. Results
Advanced chances
Several challenges were seen as a factor that has affected the
working environment of the nurse. The lack of opportunities
among the nurse is alarming. The element has been seen to pose
a challenge to then nurses because therein advancement in the
careers if the nurses. This has been due to the changes in
technology and transformation in the working environment;
there have been many challenges that have come the way of the
nurse. The nurse has been threatened with the loss of jobs
(Wang et al. 2017).
Workload
There are very chance that are created for the nurse in each
year. Thus the workload within the nurses is always
accumulating. The nurses have to work for more than ten hours
a day. The effect that this had had on the performance of the
nurse us that they have underperformed. Also, the nurses have
been under pressure and stress, which has led them to turn to
drugs and alcohol abuse. (Buerhaus, et al. 2017).The general;
guess that is most like correct in the fat the nurses in the state
are few, and There is the need for the government to initiate
more programs to train more nurses. Also, the few nurses
present are forced to overwork their services to the patient who
is their home away from the healthcare facilities.
The low number of staff present. The study found that the
performance of the nurse is affected by the work that they
receive. In a day, the nurses have to work for an average of ten
hours. In which the nurses have to serve as many patients as
they can. The fact that they are dealing with human needs the
nurses to be in their right and their best states either mentally
and or physically. However, the challenge that there are few
nurses will make the nurse get exhausted in carrying out their
chores. The reduced performance levels will be due to cutting
with the day. In the morning they are active due to the fact
Hazards
Another challenge that the nurses were observed to face is the

are the dangers of the nurses getting exposed to injuries,
pathogens, flu, and germs. An approximation of 5.6 million of
the people within the healthcare sector is prone to get infected
by pathogens. An example of the dangers the nurses also face is
the struggler that the nurses are facing in the fight for covid 19.
The nurse is going the extra mile to make sure that the patients
are taking care of, and there is the chance of loss of loved
one in the process due to the risk that is connected to the
practices.
Also, the nurse and workers within the Medicare facilities are
prone to the dangers of getting skin burns. Thus is concerned
with the detergent that they use in the facility to clean their
hands after getting into contact with highly infectious materials.
Compensation
The nurse who is located within the different regions in the
work area given different amounting their pay. There is a nurse
who is in the western state. They earn better. There are those
when they are not paid by the work they make. Among the
challenges, the nurse face is the imbalance in the pay that they
get. Different firm’s inn state to another, the nurse is paid
differently. (Buerhaus, et al. 2017).
Workplace violence
The nurses face another challenge at the workplace that is a
concern with violence. Patients who are under the care of the
nurses may become violent and a time harm the nurses. The
number of injuries the nurse has experienced at the workplace
has been on the rise.
Conclusion
Nurses form the backbone for the health care system across t
globe. Thud there is the need it any govern met to put into play
many aspects that will keep the nurse and the challenges that
they face in check. Investment should be made up of which the
government will have the ability to make more and build more
colleges in which the nursing profession will be taught to help
