training, appraising and compensating employees, and 
attending to their labor relations from a healthy and safety 
and fairness concerns.

for company to try to institute a standardized human resource 
management system in all or most of it facilities around the

company has the right talent, managerial mobility and cultural mix 
to manage effectively all of its operating units and growth 
opportunities and that its managers mesh into a knowledge-sharing 
network with common values
