6. March 2016 to Present. Hse Inspector in Mouchel Middle East for Jeddah
municipality CMS & OM (Roads,Lighting,Hydraulics,Facilities,Bridges & Tunnels,
Garden & Landscaping) Projects in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
o Developing and providing Health, Safety & Environment training and presentation
to Contractors Management Team, Mouchel Employees and Client
Representative.
o Providing safety orientation to Mouchel new employees and new contractors.
o Review Contractors HSE Plan and recommend improvement as per Mouchel and
Client safety requirements, then monitoring compliance.
o Conducting regular site inspection to identify safety deficiencies of the contractor
and recommending corrective action as is reasonably practicable with a time

(SAPL), Ministry of housing project, for Study- Design- development of
Infrastructures Project, Dammam K.S.A–The Project estimated value is 1.68B SR.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES (Reported to Safety Engineer):-
I. Report functionally to the senior construction site representative and
organizationally to the Safety Manager. Ensure that the project safety plan
reflects company policy and provides a coordinated plan for the overall project
which complies with the prevailing safety requirements at each location.
II. Represent the Safety Manager on construction job sites.
III. Advise and assist the senior construction site representative in the
establishment and management of the job site safety program, identifying and
eliminating/controlling any hazards to persons and property.
IV. Inspect the job site to detect and correct safety hazards.
V. Supervise first aid personnel in providing first aid care of occupationally
injured or ill personnel.
VI. Audit the job accident records and periodically prepares an audit report of
these records.

reports.
VIII. Represent management during safety inspections of the job site by regulatory
authorities or company insurance carriers.
