The ABMS-8 Battery Management System ls a state-of-the-art, fuliy integrated, automatic aircraft battery servicing solution. The system provides automatic contrai of up lo 8 RF80-K Charger/Analyzers on a single PC,
mon~ors ali criticai battery servicing data, dispiays this information in real lime, stores servicing results in a
structured database, inciudes work-order tracking and provides several reports lo manage battery servicing
operations. The ABMS-8 Battery Management Software is deslgned lo interface with the AB3000 Controlier
and is compatible with Windows 2000, XP and NT Operating Systems, US English version. The system is
expandabie up l o 32 battery servicing statìons (based on 1 PC per 8 stations) .

This is the starting point for ali battery servicing activities.
From this screen, batteries are entered in the database,
assigned te the appropriate station number an d automatic
battery processing is initiated .
The Station Tab displays detailed battery servicing information
on a specific station including battery type, seria l number, total
battery voltage, charge/discharge current, individuai celi voltages, elapsed time, remaining time, battery amp hours, celi
warnings, AB3000 messages and real-time graphing .

Battery Work Order Form (one of three screens)
The Battery Database Tab contains details on ali batteries
serviced by the system and ali servicing results. There are
three levels of data available; the Top Level shows each battery in the database, tihe Job Leve l provides report access and
other utilities. and the Task Level lists ali tasks (charge or discharge) performed within a Job.
Each battery serviced is assigned a Work Order which contains lnitial lnspection Data, Battery Servicing Results, Water
Usage Details and Fina l lnspection lnforrnation. A report can
then be printed containing ali battery servicing results.
