According to Indian contract law, a valid acceptance requires that: the offeree accepts the offer; acceptance is made before the offer lapses or is revoked; and acceptance implies agreement to all terms of the offer. For an acceptance to be valid, it must be communicated to the offeror, given within a reasonable timeframe, and be unconditional. Silence does not constitute acceptance. The acceptor must also be aware of the offer made.
