The Villa was designed as a piece of paradise to enrich the user’s experience in all the details and attempts related to nature , spatial design , and the
essence of traditional architecture.
The approach was responsive to Damascus Old House including the use of traditional materials , functional distribution , open courtyard and family’s pri-
vacy.
The design is optimized by environmental values , two indoor patios are working as cooling low-tech spaces, in addition to summer and winter swimming pools.
Doors are closed in patios to achieve spatial privacy between house sections .
So residents can experience what is it like to live in a paradise essentes with traditional Damascene house and aided with future technologies and ecolog-
ical values , that reactivates traditional passive systems and merge with social and cultural aspects of the Arabic house.

The design approach of this project was inspired by the desert oasis, whereas the space is organized around a central void that acts as an oasis hosting
what would be the living area, enriching the movements inside, and ensure natural light reach every corner of the building.
The design of this ‘oasis’ started with the idea of a falling water droplet into the building, creating different voids, and offering diverse spaces and vari-
ous situations. The resulting architecture forms one unified element yet reaching an organic sense of randomness, creating a new experience of space with
a rhythm of flickering shadows and lights. This approach helped us to create different levels and spaces into the place, that can be adapted as seating
areas or terraces, while enjoying the landscapes and the surrounding areas.
The building features two opposite entrances-openings, in the southern and northern facades. It stems from the wish to create a visual continuity increas-
ing the perception of depth and blurring the distinction between inside and outside.
The entrance hall area has double height to achieve the visual relationship with the upper floor. Service areas, and showrooms’ units surround the main
spaces, leaving center solely for the events where it can fit small kiosks, that can attract not only the visitors but also the local residents.
The function of spaces changes gradually following the sequence; starting from entrance and waiting hall; it leads to the transparent showrooms’ units.
The transparency of these units allows visitors to get an overall idea, and Visually connecting the interior and exterior

Reparametrize Studio emulated a new sustainable smart system to cool urban public spaces facing the challenge of prohibited activities due to extreme
climates and direct solar radiation. Oriental past decades curated fascinating Traditional Cooling Systems that succeeded in achieving sustainable and
comfortable environments for indoor and outdoor spaces .Therefore, it was the starting point of this intervention on an Urban Area in the City of Abu
Dhabi. Creating a system inspired by the Traditional Arab House and Desert Oasis, based on scientific researches, advanced site analysis, anthropology,
social studies and team work.
Due to the Urban Heat Island Effect, the city center of Abu Dhabi is estimated to be several degrees Celsius warmer than the surrounding natural en-
vironment; in addition to high humidity levels, high surrounded buildings and direct solar effect .This made activities spend outdoors extremely limited.
Proposed systems in this case, consumes unaccounted energy amount to cool and cover these plazas which mostly affect urban environment and people.
The system is a new regeneration forming zero energy outdoor cooling thermal comfort, applied as an underground and rooftop intervention to the pla-
za intimidating biomimicry and sustainable design factors, to fulfill community needs through diverse of social, cultural and entertainment activities. The
curves flow forming an eye catching atmosphere and an exciting space to discover in urban city neighborhood, creating sustainability through techniques
that provide sufficient energy to the site and the adjoining areas.

Developing passive traditional systems into a new smart ecological system they created a vertical courtyard in the form of overlapping LVL slabs: social,
semi-private, private slabs that achieve a new vision of “Co-Living” giving copious amenities for residents, including public green areas, a vegetable garden,
green roof, physical activity zones and relaxation spaces, all interior living spaces are oriented around this courtyard which facilitates a strong visual
axes while maintaining an essential part for privacy. Each of these generous garden terraces provides the 15 apartment with natural ventilation, energy
production and recycling sources “they resemble the heart of these apartments”.
With the benefit of Kerto LVL long span These slabs are placed on a massive LVL, tree-shaped L-System, which has a self-efficiency system of water pipes for
rain harvesting, heating and cooling air pipes and cables for smart insulation and sensors, all linked to one network that collects, automate and analyze
building data, Not to forget to mention one of kerto LVL major pros is reducing CO2 emission, and with greenery terraces, we have this perfect combination
that adds a great ecological value “it’s like a breathing lungs for the whole building

an interactive and safe place for children.
We based our land study on natural surrounding parameters ,since Timeabu Village is located in the Ashanti Region ,where the soil natural type is -luvisols-

Our house is designed to be used everywhere worldwide and in every climate, affordable and easy to install specially for limited income students, homeless
families and everyone who wants a convenient lifestyle
It is also used as an alternative emergency housing system – Syria as an example- due to its ability to adapt and work as a complete system everywhere.
We create a house unit (frame box) to be adaptive to the deformation of the existing buildings and to create a new system of living that will start with tem-
porary, adaptive building structures that have the tendency to grow with time and people.
The project proposes living space with different levels of privacy and public access. The “Social rooftop” connects the buildings with a series of inter-
twined plaza spaces, spreading resources and amenities throughout. Green space and plantings are prominent features both within and between building
elements.
” the project aims to create a housing unit with an integrated work system so it can be placed alone or in community in any climate or place in the world to

The main aim of our design is to give IUST students a new experience after returning to their university and a difficult period of war waiting to see their
campus, the general concept of the project is inspired by the effects of war on buildings, how the war caused several distortions in them such as gaps and
partial destruction of facades and how we got to the stage of recovery, and applied this thought to the design of the project where the general outlines
were inspired by the rubble and how they began to gather forming a grid that began to organize and rebuild itself until we have reached a repeated unit
and we used the discharge to express what we went through during war and then how the units started to re-build themselves up again.
The facility is a wooden pavilion consisting of repeated units that were discharged based on the study of circulation and on the site study and the distance
from the entrance of the college to avoid noise and it was divided into 3 sections: Educational area and exhibition .

trize Studio, Reparametrize Design and Reparametrize Foundation. He participated in the Competition Cluster, Studio Projects,
Office Work, Site Work, Researches, Exhibitions and Workshops held within the Studio. He had multiple roles in each project he

striving to develop his thinking in Parametric Design, yet I have seen him developing and learning constantly. He also developed ad-
