The first floor drawn from excisting designs and basement was developed to accomidate the instructers program. 13

  18. 18. Design is based on the study of sound waves and golden mean properties. Site located at Chitaqua Park Colorado -the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Music Conservatory 17

The program context was an actual site in downtown Denver where one wall is butted up while the others face a busy pedestrian intersection . Curved corner maximizes the view of the mountains. Square footage increases verticly because the value of the space also increases. Aspects such as in-wall TV, 18" Tile, and lush steam shower with 4 heads, and surround sound stereo system complete a elegant yet fun enviornment. The shower's mosaic tile pattern follows properties of natural fragmentation. 28

  32. 32. 31 Pop-top project for Rocky Mountain Real Estate Solutions. The program was to complete structural analysis and design a couple of second floor addition plans with new front faucade.
  33. 33. ProfesionalWork This particular project was for the City of Lafayette. The building is a historical landmark once a church is now a theater. The city asked me to design an extension of the property based on several criterias such as updated ADA regulations, storage nessesity, and intermediate place for conjugating. I proposed three diffrent options and this is the one they decided to construct. 32
  34. 34. Finishing the basement in a six hundred thousand dollar home. It consited of mainly entertainment and lesiour spaces. These are three deck addition options givien to this perticular customer. At the end it had to be structrually enginneered to support the dead weight of a hot tub. 33

Recently there was a pipe rupture wich flooded the majority of one of the homes. We had to knock down walls to find the rupture and tear carpet up to replace the padding.
