4. “Implementation”
• I advise to take a B-12 spray in Methylcobalamin
form since it’s the best absorbable form of B-12.
Many experts recommend ~2.3 MCG daily while this
may be too low. Dr. Mercola’s B-12 spray gives
1,000 mcg in a 6-spray dose!
• As always, I advise to get tested first to determine if
