25. FOOD PLAN
Phase I
This phase spreading five to seven weeks, depending the improvement of the person.
The diet basically consists:
- Fruits
-Leafy Vegetables, other vegetables with no starch.
Nuts ( Walnuts, pecans, almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, hemp seed, pistachios).
We do not include legumes, cereal and starchy vegetables.
In this phase,, we focus more in nnutrients tthan calories. We uses ggood suspplemts off vvitamines and minerals..
