The Agoraphobia Treatment: Is to put relax muscles that

2. PHOBIAS
The claustrophobia treatment: Is to overcome the fear
with the following strategies:
- Relax techniques: to calm the fear where is in
claustrophobico enviroment.
- Congnotive Theraphy: Of the behavior, this strategy
consist of learning induce fear in order to change
your reaction.
